Cathy Marston is the Director of the Bern Ballet, Switzerland (since August 2007).

Upcoming programs for the Bern Ballet include:

Kylian/Armitage/Marston: a triple bill opening with No More Play by Jiri Kylian and world premieres by Karole Armitage and Cathy Marston to music by Janacek and Stravinsky. Premiere – 2nd November 2008

Such Stuff That Dreams Are Made On: A double bill of work inspired by Shakespeare’s Tempest including Marston’s acclaimed work, ‘before the tempest…after the storm’ and a new commission by Gui Botelho – director of Alias Dance Company, Geneva. Premiere – 21st January 2009.

Wuthering Heights (Sturmhohe): Marston’s new adaptation of Emily Bronte’s classic novel with a new score by Dave Maric commissioned by The Cathy Marston Project. Premiere: 28th March 2009

A Tale of Two Cities
